Order Cancellations
If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order prior to dispatch we must be informed ASAP in writing, preferably by email. As per the Distance and Selling Regulations Act, cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone. Your cancellation will be confirmed by email after receiving your request.

Delivery Time
Some products listed for sale on RockTone.co.uk are stocked at our business premises but many items are ordered directly from manufacturers. We endeavour to keep certain popular items in stock but on occasions due to particular demand for products we may temporarily run out of stock. We will contact you ASAP to let you know when you should receive your order

With all backorders we will notify you of estimated delivery dates and keep you constantly informed. All non-bulky items less than 2kg are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Delivery times for these products are generally 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. If your order has not been received 7 working days after the date of dispatch please send us an email on sales@rocktone.co.uk and we will trace the whereabouts of your order. All items either priced over £100 or weighing more than 2kg are shipped using our Next Working Day courier service, TNT

Returns
Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Goods - Valid only for 7 days following date of receipt. Email our Sales Department with the details of your order and we will process the request. Items that are returned without prior notification cannot be refunded under this policy. After we have processed your returns request, please then, return the goods in either their original packaging or enough protection to ensure safe delivery to;

For goods under 1kg we request that you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Orders weighing over 1kg should be sent using a recommended UK courier service (Parcelforce, Business Post, Interlink Express).

Upon receipt of your returned goods you may either receive a replacement or receive a full refund back to your payment credit/debit card. This can take up to 14 days to be processed.

For Goods that you no longer wish to keep (under our 7 day hassle free returns policy)

Email our Sales Department with the details of your order and we will process the request. Items that are returned without prior notification cannot be refunded under this policy. Then, return the goods in either their original packaging or enough protection to ensure safe delivery to;

For goods under 1kg we request that you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Orders weighing over 1kg should be sent using a recommended UK courier service (Parcelforce, Business Post, DHL).

All return costs are to be paid for by the purchaser. We do not refund the costs to return an item that is no longer required. Once your item has been returned, Rock Tone Distribution will refund your credit/debit card for the amount of the goods purchased ONLY.

We (Rock Tone Distribution) reserve the right to not refund your account if any of the following conditions are not met

- The goods are returned in a perfect and re-sellable condition

- All packaging and related materials are included (eg. Warranty Cards, Instructions, Polystyrene packaging)

- The goods have been adequately packaged for return.

Rock Tone Distribution adhere strictly to the Office of Fair Trading Legislatives; Faulty Goods Covered by the Manufacturers Warranty; Email our Sales Department so we can process your request. Items that are returned without prior notification cannot be refunded under this policy.

Postage charges for faulty or incorrect items will be refunded up to a total of £2.00 for returns under 1kg and for £15 for returns over 1kg. Please do not use standard Post Office arranged Royal Mail Delivery for any items weighing over 1kg as we will not refund over the £2.00 limit. All return postal and courier charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once received back, Rock Tone Distribution will either repair or replace the goods at Rock Tone Distribution’s discretion. Faulty items will be returned back to the customer free of charge, non-faulty items will be charged and returned to the customer at the following rates: For goods under 1kg - £2.00 For goods >1kg to UK mainland addresses -- £15.00 Please call ahead to confirm courier costs for non-mainland addresses
